Maintenance
1. If there is metal, rock and other hard sundries in the raw materials of the vertical shredder, we should first get rid of them before shredding. In this way, we can prevent blades, screens and other components of the vertical shredder from damaging and avoid accidents.
2. Adopting high-performance magnetic selector to vertical feed shredder is suggested for this magnetic selector can get rid of tramp iron and to prevent screen from damaging.
3. The temperature of raw materials of the vertical shredder should not be higher than 50℃.
4. For mordant materials, clear up work to the vertical feed shredder should be done well after shredding.
5. Lubricating oil and hydraulic oil should be replaced at regular intervals to the vertical shredder.
