Subsidiary machinery for wood pellet production plays a vital role in producing biofuels. Biofuels can be used in countries, towns, departs, families and large-scale biomass power plants. They are ideal fuels for heating, burning boilers, and straw power stations. Subsidiary machinery for wood pellet production includes conveyor, dust removal equipment, silo, screener, packing machine, hot-blast furnace and so on. Subsidiary Machinery for Wood Pellet Production
- Conveyors. Conveyors are mainly used to transfer raw materials and finial products during producing. There is no relative movement between materials and the conveyor belt during transferring, so damages to materials can be avoided. The whole process is steady. Energy consumption of conveyors is low, reducing the use cost. In addition, with its simple structure, this wood pellet production machine is easy to maintain.
- Dust removal equipment. Biomass pellets and briquettes should be up to strict environmental requirements. Therefore, in order to meet dust emission standards made by different countries, we have designed dust removal equipment. Cyclone separation machines and other dust removal equipment are used to deal with dust emission.
- Silos. They can be divided into wet chip silo, wet shaving silo, dry shaving silo, dust silo, round silo and rectangular silo. According to different silos, we have designed different discharging devices to ensure feeding continuously, avoiding blocking inside of silos. Silos are mainly used for raw materials (dry and wet shavings, sawdust) and pellets.
- Screeners. This kind of wood pellet production machine is suitable for grading granulated stuffs and screening powders, like granulated materials, crushed stuffs, straw, wood powder and so on.
- Packing machines. They are used to pack biomass pellets and briquettes.
- Hot-blast furnace. It is utilized to provide dryers with hot-blast air for drying raw materials. It can choose coals, barks, waste woods, straw, sanding powder, pellet fuels and so on.
